Return Policy...

Custom and personalized bedding - All Sales Are Final 

New merchandise can be returned within 15 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted.  (We do not refund the original ship charge on items that were originally shipped for $1.00 of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refund minus the actual shipping charge.)  You must contact us via e-mail at sales@labellababybedding.com to obtain a RMA number and instructions on how, when and where to return the item(s).  Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. Products must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and manuals.  You will receive a refund once we have received the item in its original condition.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions

·         The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.

 

·         It has not been personalized in any way.

 

·         All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.

 

·         A Return Authorization has been provided from Labella Baby Bedding.
